3 parts reduced NH Apple Cider, chilled* (see below)
1.5 parts Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
.5 part NH maple syrup
thin slice of fresh apple (garnish)
cinnamon sugar (garnish)
*Take one cup NH Apple Cider and reduce to ½ cup. Cool and chill.
Chill your martini glass.
Shake liquid ingredients vigorously (at least 17 TIMES) with LOTS of ice.
Garnish rim of martini glass with cinnamon sugar, then a thin apple slice.
Strain into your garnished glass.
Happily consume. Repeat as needed.
